1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DNT Group's website (www.dntgroup.in) or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services

DNT Group provides software development, web design, mobile app development, cloud solutions, AI services, and enterprise IT consulting. Specific terms for each engagement are detailed in the respective Service Agreement / Statement of Work (SOW) signed between DNT Group and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is the property of DNT Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For client projects, IP ownership transfers to the client upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally: 50% advance before project commencement, remaining 50% on project delivery. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and withholding of deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

DNT Group's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We sign NDAs upon request. This obligation survives termination of the project agreement.

8. Warranty & Support

We provide a warranty period (30-90 days depending on project) for bug fixes and defects at no extra charge. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations outside our scope, or hosting environment issues.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed to date. DNT Group delivers all completed work and code upon receipt of outstanding payments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage amicable resolution before legal proceedings.
